Carly Trochtenberg focuses her practice on representing clients in various employment and civil rights matters. She is a zealous advocate and ensures her client’s rights are protected. Carly has successfully represented clients in many areas of employment and civil rights law including cases involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, failure to accommodate, Family Medical Leave Act violations, New Jersey Family Leave Act violations, and wage and hour violations.
Prior to joining Costello & Silverman, Carly worked as an associate attorney handling matters involving premises liability and automobile accidents. In this position, she gained experience in the many facets of litigation and achieved successful results for her clients through dispositive motion practice.
Carly is an active member of the New Jersey Association for Justice and has presented at the Boardwalk Seminar.
Carly resides in South Jersey with her husband and their energetic cat, Phoebe.
